Mosaic Center Fund

Creating an inclusive industry and developing the Next Generation of advertising leaders has been a top priority of the AAF by way of the Mosaic Center for nearly three decades.

The AAF Mosaic Center implements a myriad of thoughtfully curated programs that promote and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the industry including the Mosaic Awards and The Mosaic 10. In partnership with the American Advertising Federation, the Mosaic Center also steers the Most Promising Multicultural Students program, and HBCUs for Advertising.

To continue the mission, monetary support of the Mosaic Center's Foundation-specific initiatives and programs is needed to sustain and expand our reach.
